Prices Season 2026

Cleaning: SEK 400 per hour

Optional:

• Window cleaning inside or outside.

• For washing and drying bed linen and towels, we charge 180 SEK per person.

Prices include VAT and cleaning supplies.

Example: 

1. A thorough cleaning of a 110m² holiday home costs 2500 sek. This include: bathrooms + toilets and mirrors. In the kitchen we clean the inside and outside of the refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. We clean thehob and the extractor hood.  We are dusting, vacuuming, and mopping throughout the house.
   Also we check the coffee machine, washing machine, and dryer. We empty and clean the trash.

2. A general cleaning for a holiday home of 110 m² costs 1500 SEK. Waste bins are emptied, the entire house is vacuumed, the toilets, mirror, sink are cleaned, and the kitchen counter is wiped. The refrigerator is also checked to ensure nothing has been left inside, and the coffee maker is inspected for any old filter.

Welcome Service: 500 SEK / visit

Price: 500 SEK for the first hour and 350 SEK for each additional hour.

* Year 2026 - Discount with RUT-avdrag (RUT deduction) – what applies?

You must be tax resident in Sweden. This means you can receive a 50% tax reduction on labor costs for cleaning and garden maintenance at your own (Swedish) home. It is also possible to apply for a RUT-avdrag for your holiday home that you own and use yourself. Tings-Städ applies for the RUT deduction with the Swedish Tax Agency after you have paid the invoice – you only need to provide your personal Swedish identification number.
