Cleaning: SEK 450 per hour
*with 50% RUT reduction: 225 SEK per hour
Optional:
Window cleaning inside or outside.
For washing and drying bed linen and towels, we charge 180 SEK per person.
All prices are total prices. No VAT is added because Tings-Städ is not VAT registered.
Example without RUT deduction:
A maintenance cleaning of a 110 m² holiday home costs SEK 1,900. We clean the toilets, washbasins and mirrors. Kitchen countertops are wiped down, and the entire house is dusted, vacuumed and mopped. We empty the kitchen waste bin and clean it if necessary. We also check that nothing has been left behind in the refrigerator and that the coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer are empty and in good order.
Inspection: SEK 250 / SEK 500
If you combine the Inspection service with Cleaning, Lawn Mowing, or Welcome Service, the price is 250 SEK. After each inspection, you will receive a report with photos via WhatsApp.
Lawn mowing: SEK 550 per hour
*with 50% RUT reduction: 275 SEK per hour
Prices include operating costs for the lawnmower.
* Year 2026 - Discount with RUT-avdrag (RUT deduction) – what applies?
You must be tax resident in Sweden. This means you can receive a 50% tax reduction on labor costs for cleaning and garden maintenance at your own (Swedish) home. It is also possible to apply for a RUT-avdrag for your holiday home that you own and use yourself. Tings-Städ applies for the RUT deduction with the Swedish Tax Agency after you have paid the invoice – you only need to provide your personal Swedish identification number.
