Prices 2025

Optional:

• Window cleaning inside or outside.

• For washing and drying bed linen and towels, we charge 180 SEK per person.

Prices include VAT and cleaning supplies. (minimum booking: 2 hours)

Example: 

1. A thorough cleaning of a 135m² holiday home costs 1850 sek. This include: vacuuming, toilets, mirrors, kitchen, refrigerator, oven, hob and extractor hood, dusting and mopping throughout the house.
   We check the coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. We also empty and clean the trash.

2. A quick interim cleaning for a house of 135 m² costs 1250 SEK. Waste bins are emptied, the entire house is vacuumed without moving heavy furniture, the toilets are cleaned, and the kitchen counter is wiped. The refrigerator is also checked to ensure nothing has been left inside, and the coffee maker is inspected for any old filter.

Price: 500 SEK for the first hour and 250 SEK for each additional hour.
Prices include VAT.

We provide photos and videos of the house and its surroundings for 950 kroner.

A viewing with the real estate agent on your behalf costs 1950 kroner.
