Payment Terms

• Payment must be made within 8 days of the invoice date.

• If payment has not been received within the payment period, a free payment reminder will first be sent with a new payment deadline of 5 days.

• If payment has still not been received after the new payment deadline, the claim may be referred to a debt collection service or submitted to Kronofogden for a payment order. Any costs that may legally be charged under Swedish law may be passed on to the customer.

• Cancellation:

1. Cancellation of a scheduled cleaning is free of charge if communicated more than 14 days prior to the scheduled cleaning.

2. For cancellations made 7–14 days prior to the scheduled cleaning, 25% of the agreed price will be charged.

3. For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled cleaning, 50% of the agreed price will be charged.

4. For cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning, 100% of the agreed price will be charged.

• RUT deduction according to the Swedish Tax Agency's rules. Tings-Städ applies for payment from the Swedish Tax Agency.

• Tings-Städ is not liable for damage resulting from existing wear and tear, lack of maintenance, age, or hidden defects in the property or furnishings:

This includes, but is not limited to:
- paint coming off previously painted-shut windows or doors,
- doors or fittings becoming loose during normal use,
- fragile materials or surfaces with pre-existing damage,
- loose handles, hinges, or other mounting components.

Tings-Städ always performs its work with normal care and caution. Any damage caused by negligence on the part of Tings-Städ will be handled in accordance with the applicable liability insurance.

The customer is responsible for informing Tings-Städ about known defects, delicate surfaces, or specific risks before the work begins.
