Terms

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
A reminder fee of 60 SEK will be charged after 14 days.
Late payment interest is 8%, starting 30 days after the invoice date.

If payment is not made on time, the other party is considered in default by law. All reasonable costs related to debt collection, including legal, extrajudicial, and enforcement costs, will be charged to the other party.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled cleaning. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, 50% of the agreed working hours will be charged. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged at full price. 

If you and Tings-Städ have agreed on a fixed price, that is the price you pay.
If an approximate price was agreed upon, Tings-Städ may not exceed it by more than 15%.
