We clean, inspect and maintain holiday houses in Tingsryd Kommun, Småland.

After the cleaning, we can send you photos on request, so you can immediately see that everything is in perfect order.
Cleaning
We thoroughly clean all rooms in your holiday home.
Upon request, we can clean both interior and exterior windows — up to a maximum height of 1.80 metres using a ladder.
We can also change bed linen and towels using your own supply. If desired, we can wash and dry them for you as well.
Inspection
We are happy to carry out inspections to check the condition of your holiday home. We can easily send you photos of the house or garden via WhatsApp or Messenger.
During our visits, we check for issues around the house such as frost damage, open windows, signs of burglary, the heat pump, drainpipes, and more. We can also check the interior, including the freezer, toilet, or possible water damage.
If you wish, we can forward your physical mail by sending photos via WhatsApp. Naturally, you can specify exactly what you would like us to inspect.
Welcome Service
We warmly welcome your guests, hand over the keys, and provide a brief introduction to the house. This helps your visitors feel at home right away and easily find their way around.
We can also be present if a chimney sweep is scheduled or if a package needs to be delivered.
Lawn mowing
As an optional service, we offer lawn mowing using a Stihl mulching mower.
Mulching means the grass is cut into very fine clippings that remain on the lawn, where they quickly decompose and return valuable nutrients to the soil.
Upon request, we can also trim the edges using our reliable and efficient Stihl grass trimmer.

Buying a holiday home?
If you would like additional photos or videos of the house or its surroundings, we can arrange this for you.
If you are unable to visit the municipality of Tingsryd yourself, we can also arrange the viewing on your behalf, together with the real estate agent.
