We clean, inspect, and maintain holiday homes in Tingsryd Kommun, Småland.
This service is ideal for holiday home owners who want to offer their guests a clean and welcoming stay at all times. Below you will find our selection.
Cleaning
Our standard changeover cleaning is designed to prepare the holiday home for the next guests. The property is cleaned thoroughly and professionally.
Upon request, we can clean both interior and exterior windows — up to a maximum standing height of 1.80 metres using a ladder.
If desired, we can wash and dry bedlinen.
After the cleaning, we can send you photos on request, so you can immediately see that everything is in perfect order.
Not included in a standard cleaning:
-Making beds.
-Ironing bed linen.
-Intensive cleaning of heavily soiled ovens, extractor hoods, or cooktops.
-Cleaning of storage rooms, garages, sheds, and technical basements (unless agreed in advance).
-Removal of construction dust or renovation debris.
Inspection
We are happy to carry out inspections to check the condition of your holiday home. We can easily send you photos of the house or garden via WhatsApp or Messenger.
During our visits, we check for issues around the house such as frost damage, open windows, signs of burglary, the heat pump, drainpipes, and more. We can also check the interior, including the freezer, toilet, or possible water damage.
If you wish, we can forward your physical mail by sending photos via WhatsApp. Naturally, you can specify exactly what you would like us to inspect.
Lawn Mowing
As an optional service, we offer lawn mowing using a Stihl mulching mower.
Mulching means the grass is cut into very fine clippings that remain on the lawn, where they quickly decompose and return valuable nutrients to the soil.
For taller grass and larger gardens up to 1800 m², we use a powerful Sheppach petrol lawnmower.
Upon request, we can also trim the edges using our reliable and efficient Stihl grass trimmer.
